Setting up your email client
Outlook 2003

Open Outlook.

Click on Tools then Email Accounts.

Select Add a new email account.

Click Next.

Select POP3 as your server type.

Click Next.

Enter Your Name as you want the recipient to see it.

Your email address is your username@adelaide.on.net

Type in your User name and Password. If you don’t want to be prompted for your password each time you do mail, then select Remember password box.

Enter mail.yourdomain(.com/.com.au/.net, etc.) for the Incoming mail server (POP3), and mail.yourISP(.com/.com.au/.net, etc.) for the Outgoing mail server (SMTP.)

Click More Settings, and on the Outgoing Server tab, check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Using the radio selection buttons click Log on using, and enter the username and password for your Internet Service provider's SMTP server.

Click OK

Click Next then Finish
