Setting up your email client

Outlook 2003

1. Open Outlook Express.

2. Select Tools then Accounts.

3. Click on the Mail tab, then select Add then Mail.
   
   
   

4. Enter your name as you want the recipient to see it.
   
   
   

5. Click Next

6. Enter your email address
   
   
   

7. Click Next

8. Select POP3 as the incoming mail server.

9. Type mail.yourdomain(.com/.com.au/.net, etc.) for the Incoming (POP3) server

10. The Outgoing (SMTP) server settings should be as per your Internet Service Provider mail account.
    
    
    

11. Type in your Account name and Password. If you don’t want to be prompted for your password each time you do mail, then tick the Remember password box.
    
    
    

12. Click Next then Finish
